Welcome to the Nordic Cultural Club of Central Minnesota sponsored by the Trollheim Lodge of the Sons of Norway chapter 1-511 located in St. Cloud, MN.
Trollheim Lodge meets in the Mississippi Room at the Great River Regional Library, 1300 W Germain St in Saint Cloud. The evening usually includes a 6:30 social followed by a 7:00 Cultural Program.

General information: Guests are always welcome at our events. Cultural Nights are general held in the months of March, April, May, September, October, November and December. They begin with a 6:30 social and program at 7:00. All Cultural Nights include Norwegian songs, language and food in addition to a scheduled program. 2023 Events:
September 18: Cultural night; 6:30 social, 7 p.m. program, refreshments to follow.
Program: The story behind Viking Mead, mead is wine sweetened with honey and a Viking favorite. Andrew and Melissa Grosberg will share information and provide samples of their homemade Viking Mead.
October 16: Cultural night; 6:30 social, 7 p.m. program, refreshments to follow.
Program: Hauge’s Theology and impact on Norwegian church relations in U.S. Come learn the history of Hans Hauge, a highly influencial 19th-century Norwegian Lutheran lay minister, spiritual leader, business entrepreneur, social reformer and author. He led a noted Pietism revival known as the Haugean movement.
November 20: Lefse Making Program: Time/Location to be announced. Loin us to learn all about lefse including hands-on experience in the rolling and frying. Detail coming – we are specifically making this program available in the evening so those who have been unable to attend in the past can come help and learn. In order for lefse making to continue we need the next generation of lefse makers to step up!
December 18: Program: 6:00 potluck featuring Norwegian favorites followed by Christmas traditions and entertainment.
